The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has conveyed heartfelt congratulations to High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, widely known as Tompolo, on the occasion of his 54th birthday. The Forum characterized Tompolo as a devoted son of the Niger Delta, whose influential leadership and vision have significantly contributed to both national advancement and regional development. In a congratulatory message co-signed by DOPF Chairman Emmanuel Enebeli and Secretary Shedrack Onitsha, the Forum praised Tompolo for his steadfast support of the media sector in Delta State. They highlighted that his dedication has been instrumental in maintaining the operations of online media platforms and fostering press freedom within the region. The statement recognized his ongoing efforts to promote objective journalism and amplify the voices of the Niger Delta populace. Additionally, the Forum commended Tompolo for his substantial contributions to Nigeria's economic landscape through his enterprise, Tantita Security Services Limited. "Through Tantita, Tompolo has not only protected the nation's economic backbone but has also generated job opportunities for numerous youths, thereby fostering peace and stability in the area," the statement asserted. In wishing Tompolo continued good health and wisdom, DOPF reiterated its gratitude for his service to the nation and commitment to the region. "At 54, you exemplify resilience, strategic leadership, and an unwavering dedication to the peace, progress, and prosperity of both the Niger Delta and Nigeria as a whole," the Forum concluded.
